| 摘 要： | 目的]为了进行中药复方制剂防治禽传染性支气管炎的试验。方法]选择没有免疫接种过IB疫苗的30日龄健康公鸡150只,设计4组试验:第1组为健康对照组;第2组于攻毒前5 d在饲料中添加中药复方制剂;第3组于攻击强毒后2 d开始在饲料中添加该中药复方制剂;第4组为攻毒后不给药作为对照组;另设1组鸡只用于安全试验,研究中药复方制剂的防治效果。结果]中药复方制剂用于防治禽传染性支气管炎疗效确切,且无毒副作用。结论]该研究为中药复方制剂的推广应用提供了理论依据。

| Abstract: | Objective] The experiment was conducted to study the effect of applying Chinese herbal compound in the control of Avian Infectious Bronchitis.Method]A total number of 150 healthy cocks that vaccinated IB vaccine were selected in the test.A total number of 4 groups were used.Group 1 was the health control;group 2 was applied Chinese herbal compound five day before the infection;group 3 was applied Chinese herbal compound 2 days after the infection and in group 4,no Chinese herbal compound was applied after the infection.In addition,group 1 also served as the safety test.Result] The result showed that Chinese herbal compound achieved significant effect in treatment of Avian Infectious Bronchitis,without any side effect.Conclusion]This study provided theoretic background for the extension and application of Chinese herbal compound drugs. |
