| 摘 要： | 为了加速甜(辣)椒世代繁殖，利用植物组织培养技术将甜(辣)椒不同成熟度的幼胚进行离体培养研究。结果表明，将授粉后生长30～35 d的幼胚接种到MS基本培养基上进行培养，每代可缩短种子成熟期20～30 d，2年可繁殖5～6代。

| Abstract: | In order to accelerate propagation generations of sweet (hot) pepper, using the plant culture technology, immature embryos of different maturity in sweet (hot) pepper were cultured in vitro. The results showed the immature embryos growing 30-35 days after pollination were cultured on the MS medium, 20-30 days may be shortened for one generation, thus 5-6 generations can be achieved within two years. |
