| 摘 要： | 运用层次分析法构建粳稻国内竞争力指标体系，选择黑龙江、吉林、辽宁和安徽等粳稻主产省作为参照，从粳稻的生产、加工和流通3方面入手，对江苏粳稻的国内竞争力进行了综合测定。发现江苏粳稻在生产技术、运输与贮藏、加工规模等方面具有较高的竞争力；而在品质、加工技术、生产成本、营销能力、流通规模和流通地域等方面竞争力还不强。要提高江苏粳稻国内竞争力，不仅要提高粳稻品质、降低生产成本、推广绿色生产技术、提高精加工技术，而且还需要加强市场组织、树立品牌、发挥政府宏观调控作用。

| Abstract: | A domestic competitiveness indicator system on japonica rice with AHP method is established.Compared with some main producing provinces such as Heilongjiang,Jilin,Liaoning and Anhui,the domestic competitiveness on japonica rice in Jiangsu Province is integrated measured on the aspects of production,processing and marketing.It is indicated that Jiangsu possesses strong competitiveness on production technology,transportation,preservation and processing size,but lacks competitiveness on quality,intensive processing technology,production cost,sales ability,marketing scale and regions etc.In order to promote the domestic competitiveness on japonica rice in Jiangsu,it is necessary not only to improve the quality,reduce production cost,extend green production technology and increase intensive processing technology,but also to enhance marketing organization,establish brand,and emphasize government macro control. |
