| 摘 要： | 对湖北省某地发生的以高热、皮肤出现丘疹、消瘦、母羊流产、羔羊死亡率高为特征的疾病，进行了病例调查、临床症状、大体剖检以及病理组织学检查。结果表明在感染山羊的皮肤上皮细胞、气管粘膜上皮细胞中发现有嗜酸性病毒包涵体存在。其他脏器均有不同程度的病变。根据临床症状、流行病学特点以及病理变化确诊该病为山羊痘，并讨论了该疾病的可能发病机制。

| Abstract: | A pathomorphological observation was carried on the goats confirmed to be infected with goat pox virus according to the diagnosis of clinical sympt oms, epidemiology, necropsy and histopathology examination. The pathological tis sues including skin, trachea, lung, lymph nodes, cardiac muscle, small intestine , uterus, and gallbladder were processed and the tissue slices were dyed with H .E. and a special method to dye the inclusion bodies. Computer image analysis sy stem was used to analyze the configuration of intracytoplasmic inclusion bodies . The results showed that inclusion bodies were presented in the intracytoplasma of infected cells from the epidermis and also in the columnar epithelial cells of the trachea. There were also some extent of histopathological lesions in othe r organs, which the primary pathological changes were vacuolar degeneration and tissue edema. |
