德国镜鲤微卫星标记与形态性状的相关分析及亲本的选育

摘    要:利用微卫星标记技术对形态差异较大的2个德国镜鲤(Cyprinus carpio L. mirror)群体的189尾个体进行研究.利用一般线性模型(general linear model,GLM)对15个微卫星位点与德国镜鲤的体重、体长、体高、尾柄长、尾柄高、头长和头高的关系进行方差分析和多重比较,结果表明微卫星引物MFW1与体重和体长显著相关,与体高极显著相关;引物MFW9与头长显著相关;引物MFW11与尾柄长和头高显著相关;引物MFW29与体长、体高和头高极显著相关,与尾柄高显著相关.利用引物MFW1检出10尾含有座位208/208的个体;利用引物MFW9检出25尾含有座位90/90的个体;利用引物MFW11检出3尾含有座位202/188的个体;利用引物MFW29检出10尾含有座位172/162的个体.将上述个体利用SPSS13.0对其进行差异性分析,选育出33尾优良个体,利用PopGene3.2对其遗传距离进行分析,最终选出13尾性状优良且遗传距离较大的亲鱼,其中5尾为保种群体,8尾为北林群体,对其培育并建立选育系.
