| 摘 要： | 运用比较药理学研究方法，对牛黄解毒丸（简称ＮＪＤＷ）和牛黄解毒丸中的主药牛黄被等量鸡胆粉取代后制香的鸡胆粉解毒丸（简称ＪＪＤＷ）进行了免疫作用研究，结果表明，ＮＪＤＷ和ＪＪＤＷ可使小鼠血中溶菌酶活力显著升高，而对单核巨噬细胞的吞噬功能，Ｂ淋巴细胞功能，小鼠迟发型皮肤过敏反应均无显著影响。

| Abstract: | Niuhuang,as the main ingredient in the Niuhuang Jieduwan (NJDW),takes an important role in that preparations.Chicken bile Jieduwan(JJDW) was obtained by replacing Niuhuang in the NJDW with equivalent chicken bile powder in the NJDW.The effects of traditional chinese medicine Nihuang Jieduwan(NJDW)and chicken bile Jieduwan(JJDW)on animal immunofunctions were studied by using comparable pharmacologic method.The results showed that NJDW and JJDW can significantly inhance the activity of lysozyme in mice blood.However,there are no notable effects on phagocytosis of mononuclear phagocyte,B-lymphcyte function and delayed type skin hypersensitivity in mice. |
