| 摘 要： | “十五”期间江西林业投资规模和投资结构都有一定的变化,总投资较“九五”时期增长2.86倍,投资效果显著。文章分析“十五”期间江西林业投资中存在的主要问题,提出以下建议:拓展生态林业建设的投融资渠道,整合各类林业生态建设资金,完善商品林业发展的市场化运作机制,建立投融资风险约束机制,以提高林业投资效益。 |

| Abstract: | The scale and structure of forestry investment of Jiangxi has certain changes during the Tenth Five-year Plan period,whose gross investment increases 3.86 times compared with the Ninth Five-Year Plan period.The investment results are prominent.The main problems existing in Jiangxi forestry investment during the Tenth Five-year Plan are analyzed.The following suggestions are proposed: expanding the channel for investment and financing the ecological forestry construction,combining the ecological construction fund of all kinds of forestry,improvimg the market-based operation mechanism of forestry development of the goods,setting up the tied mechanism of investing risk so as to improve forestry investment benefit. |
