| 摘 要： | 韭菜属于多年生宿根性蔬菜,是人们喜食的蔬菜之一。北京市怀柔区北房镇围里村民吴军伶在怀柔区种植业服务中心技术人员的指导下,经过多年试验,开发出了观、食兼用的盆栽韭菜,形成了一套完整的盆栽韭菜栽培技术。盆栽韭菜既可绿化观赏,又可食用,受场地和环境的限制较小,适宜居民家庭、观光园区等栽培,在我国南北各地均可应用。盆栽韭菜生长快、病虫害较少,易于管理,一年四季均可栽培,并且可以连续采收。
