| 摘 要： | 本文研究了苜蓿加工产物中未鉴定生长因子对肉仔鸡的影响，结果表明：自制的苜蓿汁粉可以作为专用未鉴定生长因子添加剂；用苜蓿叶粉作为未鉴定生长因子来源时，应考虑其中有害成分的影响；未鉴定生长因子提高增重不是由于蛋白质存留率提高。

Study on the Effects of the Unidentified Growth Factors(UGF) in Lucerne Processing Products for Broiler Chicks |

| Abstract: | The results shows that the lucerne juice meal could be used in the fish meal replacement diet as an UGF additive ; but the antiqualitive components of it must be considered carefully ; The increasing weight gain by UGF surces is not caused by the increment of protein retention rate. |
