| 摘 要： | 目的]筛选适合白术育苗的培养基质。方法]采用盆播进行育苗,随机区组排列。结果]处理D1,即菇渣与园土按1∶1比例混合是最佳的白术苗培养基质。结论]该试验筛选出白术苗木生长的最佳培养基质,为白术的大量培育奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | Objective]To screen out the culture matrix that was favorable for the seedling growth of Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz..Method]By employing pot sowing method,the seedlings of Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.were cultivated and arranged in random block.Result]No.D1 treatment,that was,mixture of mushroom residue and garden soil(V∶V=1∶1) was the optimal culture matrix for Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.seedlings.Conclusion]The optimum culture matrix was obtained in this study,which laid the foundation for the mass culture of Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.. |
