| 摘 要： | 随着商业化转Bt基因作物的大规模种植,研究转Bt作物储藏期对储粮害虫的影响以及对其进行相应的风险评估对今后开发和利用转Bt基因作物有重要的意义.文章综述了转Bt基因作物储藏期对储粮害虫影响的研究进展,包括转Bt基因作物储藏期Bt毒蛋白的残留风险,转Bt基因作物储藏期对鳞翅目、鞘翅目害虫的影响以及转Bt基因作物储藏期对储粮害虫群落的影响,并就储藏期转Bt基因作物对生态环境及人类所存在的风险进行了评估.

| Abstract: | Nowadays,commercialized Bt gene crops are cultivated in a large scale.Studying the effect of Bt gene crops on stored product insect pests and the risk assessment are very important for our exploitation and using Bt gene crops in the future.In this paper,we summarize the evolvement of studying the effect of Bt gene crops on stored product insect pests,including the risk of Bt toxin's residue,the effect of Bt gene crops on the Lepidoptera pests,Coleoptera pests and their community.Besides these,we also made the risk assessment of the stored Bt gene crops on ecolgic enviroment and human beings. |
