辽宁绒山羊Cytb基因的克隆和序列测定

摘    要:目的]分析测定辽宁绒山羊Cytb基因序列,为我国山羊品种系统分类的进一步研究提供有益的探索。方法]根据GenBank发表的山羊的m tDNA的核酸序列,结合软件设计一对引物,对辽宁绒山羊Cytb基因进行了克隆测序。结果]序列长度为1 140 bp,A、T、G、C 4种核苷酸的平均含量分别为31.8%、26.8%、13.2%、28.3%,其中,A+T含量(58.6%)明显高于G+C含量(41.5%)。结论]在系统发育研究中,Cytb基因是一个十分有效的标记。

Research on the Cloning and Sequencing of Cytb Gene in Liaoning Cashmere Goat
Abstract:Objective] The beneficial exploration of the future research on the systemic classification of goat breeds in China was provided through the analysis and determination of the Cytb gene sequence of Liaoning cashmere goat.Method] In accordance with the nucleic acid sequence of mtDNA in GenBank issued, the cloning and sequencing of Cytb Gene in the Liaoning cashmere goat was done with a pair of primers designed in software system.Results] The sequence length was 1 140 bp.The average content of four kinds of nucleotides: A, T, G and C was 31.8%, 26.8%, 13.2% and 28.3%, respectively, among which, the average content(58.6%) of A + T was significantly higher than the content (41.5%) of G + C.Conclusion] In the research on and systemic development, the cytb gene was a very effective marking.
