| 摘 要： | 为了探索土壤农药残留物对蚕豆根尖细胞的微核和染色体畸变的影响,以蚕豆根尖为材料,研究了土壤农药残留物不同处理时间对蚕豆根尖的细胞遗传学效应.结果表明:土壤农药残留物在不同处理时间内能诱发产生较高频率的微核和染色体畸变,与阴性对照组相比差异显著;随着处理时间的延长,蚕豆根尖细胞微核率及染色体畸变率随之增加.结论是土壤农药残留物对蚕豆根尖细胞具有明显的遗传毒性.

| Abstract: | The cytogenetic effects of root tip cells of Vicia faba within different treatment time of pesticide residues in soil were studied to discuss effect of the pesticide residues on micronucleus and chromosome aberration of the cells.The results indicate that the pesticide residues in soil can induce high frequencies of micronucleus and chromosome aberration,of which the difference is significant comparing with negative control group.With extended treating time,the micronucleus frequency and chromosome aberrati... |
