| 摘 要： | 类胡萝卜素在水产动物着色、营养、生长等方面具有重要的生理功能。类胡萝卜素是水产动物的主要成色色素,增加其沉积,可大大提高水产品的商品价值。类胡萝卜素还具有强的抗氧化功能,一方面可以保护组织和成分免受氧化,促进生长和发育,另一方面作为电子受体可以执行呼吸功能。本文对类胡萝卜素的主要生理功能进行了概述。

| Abstract: | Carotenoids has important physiological function for pigment,nutrition and growth in aquatic animal.It can increase pigmentation and commodity value of aquatic product.It has vigorous antioxidation functions,which can protect tissue and composition not to be oxidated and accelerate growth and development.In addition,pigments may constitute an intracellular reserve of oxygen or of its electron-acceptor equivalent and perform a respiratory function under conditions where oxygen may be limited.The main physiological function of carotenoids in aquatic animal was elaborated in the paper. |
