| 摘 要： | 以普通烟草原生质体为材料,初步研究了烟草花叶病毒(TMV)对寄主细胞活力的影响。结果表明,在接种20 d内,TMV对寄主叶肉细胞的分裂有抑制作用,且对不同细胞的生活力有不同的影响,并通过原生质体的培养做了验证。

| Abstract: | In the experiment,the Nicotiana tabacum protoplast was used as materials to study the effects of Tobacco mosaic virus on the vitality of host cells.The result showed that the leaf cell division could be restrained by TMV within 20 days after inoculation,and the vitality of different cells could be affected differently,which was validated by the method of tobacco protoplast culture. |
