摘    要:本试验较详细的研究了即将育成的甘肃白猪四个品系群猪的肥育性能和胴体品质。证实甘肃白猪作为我省生产商品瘦肉猪的主要亲本、其重要经济性状已具备较高水平.四个品系肥育猪胴体瘦肉率平均为52.93%,较原地方品种提高16.96%,而且肉色鲜红,肉质细嫩,未见异常肉质.瘦肉率高,背膘薄、眼肌面积大,后腿部发育良好,是各品系的共同特点,基本达到了育种目标的要求.


A Study on Fattening Properties and Carcass Merits of White Pig in Gansu
Abstract:This experiment dealts with fattening properties and carcass merits of four strains of white pig bred in Gansu in detail.It has been proved that Gansu white pig can be used as main parents in commercial“carcass” type pig production in Gansu because of its important economical properties of higher level.In foul strains,the average carcass meat percentage of fattening pig is 52.93% i.e.16.96% higher than that ot local breed.The meat is bright red in colour,with soft fexture;The backfat is thin:unusual meat guality has not been found. The four strains have the common characteristics such as higher carcass meat percentage,thiner backfat;bigger eye muscle area and better hindleg growth,which have basically reached the breeding goals.
