摘    要:为探索闪式提取法提取樟树籽油的最佳工艺,选取对提取工艺影响较大的液料比、电压、提取时间3个因素,并在单因素试验的基础上,进行Box-Benhnken中心组合设计,利用响应面法对提取工艺进行优化。结果表明:闪式提取樟树籽油的最佳工艺条件为液料比12∶1、电压170 V、提取时间120 s,在最佳工艺条件下出油率为67.97%。认为闪式提取法可作为一种快速有效的樟树籽油提取方法。

Optimization of homogenate extraction of oil from camphor tree seeds
Abstract:In order to determine the optimum technology of homogenate extraction of oil from Cinnamomum camphora seeds, effects of three independent variables, namely liquid/solid ratio, voltage and extraction time, on the yield of oil were investigated by means of response surface methodology (RSM) combined with Box-Behnken experimental design based on the single factor experiments. The result showed that optimal extraction condition was as follow: the liquid/solid ratio was 12∶1, the voltage 170 V and the extraction time 120 s. Under this condition, the yield of oil was 67.97%. The homogenate extraction method was considered as a quickly practicable method for C. camphora seeds oil extraction.
