摘    要:采用可控环境盆栽方法研究丝栗栲幼苗对不同氮供应强度和形态的响应。结果表明,在各浓度氮素形态供应条件下丝栗栲幼苗都能正常生长,但在低氮条件下不同氮素形态造成的生长差异很小;随着氮浓度的提高,各生长指标在铵氮或铵硝混合氮源供应条件下优于以硝为唯一氮源。在pH 3.8条件下,丝栗栲幼苗能正常生长,而且生长各指标对不同氮素形态具有pH 5.8条件下相似的响应特征。研究结果表明,丝栗栲幼苗能够在氮素适当波动的酸性土壤环境中生长,人工培育过程中供应较高浓度的铵氮或铵硝混合氮源更好。

Growth Response of Castanopsis fargesii Seedlings to Nitrogen Nutrition
Abstract:Seedlings of Castanopsis fargesii were supplied with different contents of nitrogen as nitrate,am?monium,or both in vermiculite culture in a controlled environment.The seedlings grew well with all contents of NH4+ and NO3- as the sole N source or combination.Under low N concent (0.4 mmol/L),there was little growth difference among each N forms. However, the seedlings showed greater growth when supplied with NH4+,either alone or in combination with NO3-,than when supplied with NO3- alone with the increase of N nutrition.The seedlings grew well at pH 3.8 and showed similar growth response to N source supplied as that of pH 5.8.These results suggest that the Castanopsis fargesii has the ability to grow in acidic areas with variable N sources,however it may be better to grow in soils with high NH4+ concentrations.
