摘    要:以2个高代自交系白茄为亲本进行杂交、回交和自交,研究茄子果色的遗传规律。结果表明,2个白茄杂交F1的果色均为红色,在F2群体中,果皮颜色分离比例接近9红色∶7白色,B1群体为1红色∶1白色,B2群体也为1红色∶1白色,χ2检测结果进一步证明,茄子果皮变红的原因是由于2对显性互补基因共同作用的结果。研究发现果色、主茎色以及花色之间彼此连锁遗传。

Fruit Color Heredity and Related Characters of White Eggplant
Abstract:The F1,B1,B2,and F2 generations obtained through crossing,self?crossing and back?crossing derived from two eggplant inbred lines with white fruit color were used to study the genetic characteristics of eggplant fruit color traits. The results showed that fruit colors of F1 hybrid were red. The ratios were close to 9 red∶7 white for F2 progenies;1 red∶1 red for B1 progenies;1 red∶1 red for B2 progenies,too.The results ofχ2 test further proved that heredity of fruit color with red genes on eggplant was controlled by two pairs of domi?nant complementary genes.The three genes of stem color,flower color and fruit color were all inherited through linkage inheritance.
