摘    要:为提高菌根真菌液体发酵菌丝体生物量,以外生菌根真菌劣味乳菇(Lactarius insulsus)为试验材料,采用液体发酵法,分析接种量、溶解氧及p H值等因子对其发酵培养的影响,并将发酵产物制成液体菌剂,采用灌根法对杨树溃疡病进行田间防治试验。结果表明,接种量5%,发酵过程中p H保持5左右,发酵中后期保持溶氧浓度在28%~35%可有效提高劣味乳菇菌丝体生物量,缩短了发酵周期;田间防治试验表明,劣味乳菇对溃疡病有较好防治效果,防效可达41.1%。该研究可为该菌株作为生防菌株推广应用提供参考依据和理论基础。

The Liquid Fermentation Technology for Lactarius insulsus and Its Control Effect on Poplar Canker Disease
Abstract:To improve the mycelia biomass of mycorrhizal fungi by liquid fermentation,with ECM Lactarius insulsus as experimental material,through the liquid fermentation,the impacts of different concentrations of dis-solved oxygen,pH and the inoculation amount on mycelial biomass were analysed, and liquid inoculation a-gainst poplar canker was conducted by using the root irrigation method.The results showed that 5% of the inoc-ulum amount,fermentation in the late dissolved oxygen concentration about 28%-35%, medium maintaining the pH about 5 can effectively improve the mycelial biomass of Li, and shorten the fermentation period. The control effect of Xerocomus chrysenteron against poplar canker reached 41.1% in fields.This study provides the reference and theoretical basis for the industrial liquid fermentation of this strain and its application as a bio-control strain.
