| 摘 要： | 按保健食品抗氧化功能检验方法，采用SPF级昆明种老龄小鼠作为实验动物，开展“沙棘花青素软胶囊”抗氧化功能酶活力测定，并按保健食品抗氧化功能指标判定其抗氧化作用。试验结果表明：沙棘原花青素受试样品组与老龄对照组及溶剂对照组比较，过氧化脂质（MDA）含量降低及抗氧化功能酶（SOD）活力升高均有统计学意义，判定“沙棘花青素软胶囊”抗氧化功能试验结果为阳性。
