| 摘 要： | 对植物黄萎病病原菌大丽轮枝菌拮抗细菌进行了分离筛选及Bv1-9拮抗菌株鉴定.结果表明,从土壤中分离到891株细菌,初筛出具有拮抗活性的菌株83株,经过复筛选出一株具有较高拮抗活性的菌株Bv1-9,并对其进行了形态鉴定、生理生化特征鉴定和16S rDNA全序列分析,最终此菌株鉴定为花域芽孢杆菌,16S rDNA序列相似度达99.49%.

| Abstract: | Verticillium dahliae is a worldwide disastrous plant vascular disease infecting many important crops.Isolating and screening the antagonistic bacteria against Verticillium dahliae may contribute to the control of this disease.The strains hav-ing antagonistic activity against Verticillium dahliae were isolated and screened from the soil of cotton field from several dif-ferent regions.Totally 891 strains were obtained,of which 83 strains showed the antagonistic activities after preliminary screening.Strain Bv... |
