摘    要:用FQ型CO2分析仪和Li-1600稳态气孔仪测定了盛花期向日葵不同节位咱片的光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率,同时也测定了叶绿素、比叶重、可溶性糖含量等生理指标。结果表明:向日葵不同节位叶片的光合作用呈单峰曲线变化,吉农92-1最高峰位于第10位叶,吉农92-5最高峰位于第5位叶;比叶重、可溶性糖含量、叶绿素含量、蒸腾速率、气孔导度皆为上部叶片和下部叶片较低,中产中叶片较高。表明中上部位叶对产量形成起决定作用,且品种之间有差异。不同冠层结构的光合势不同,实际产量为宝塔型结构的 吉农92-1比平展型的吉农92-5高出8.85%。

Abstract:Photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductivity, transpiration rate, chlorophyll content, specific leaf weight and soluble sugar content of full-blooming sunflower leaves at different node positions were tested with FQ-CO 2 analyser and Li-1600 stable stomatal apparatus. The results showed that the diurnal photosynthetic change was a single-peak curve. The maximum values were found with the leaves at the tenth and fifth nodes for Jinong 92-1 and Jinong 92-5 respectively;the specific leaf weight, soluble sugar content, chlorophyll content, transpiration rate and stomatal conductivity of leaves at the middle nodes were higher than that of leaves at upper and lower nodes, indicating that leaves at the middle and upper nodes played a critical role in yield formation. Variations were found among varieties. Leaf area duration was different at different node positions. The yield of Jinong 92-1 with erect leaves was 8.85% higher than that of Jinong 92- 5 with flat leaves.
