假寄生对菜粉蝶蛹血细胞总数和包囊能力的影响

摘    要:采用假寄生(pseudoparasitism)方法评价了蝶蛹金小蜂雌蜂携带因子的生理活性。雌蜂经辐射处理后,其假寄生能象未处理正常蜂的寄生一样,明显地抑制寄主(菜粉蝶蛹)的血细胞免疫;所引起寄主血细胞总数、死亡率及浆血细胞延展率变化的生理效应与未处理正常蜂寄生时基本一致;而人为针刺则不能引起上述生理效应。说明菜粉蝶蛹被寄生后其血细胞免疫受抑制,主要是由雌蜂携带的免疫抑制因子所引起。

Effects of pseudoparasitism on total hemocyte count and celluar encapsulation of Pieris rapae pupae
Abstract:The pseudoparasitism method was used to evaluate physiologicalactivities of some factors from female adults of Pteromalus puparum (Hymenoptera: Pteromalidae). As a small white butterfly, Pieris rapae pupae were pseudo-parasitized by female wasps of Pteromalus puparum exposed to γ-ray irradiation with 150 Gy, it was clear that irradiated wasps could normally parasitize their host pupae and result in the suppression of host hemocyte immune, like normal wasps with non-irradiation. Changes in total hemocyte count and mortality of hemocytes , as well as the spread percentage of plasmatocytes, in host pupae parasitized by irradiated wasps were almost similar to those in host pupae parasitized by normal wasps. However, such changes didn't encounter in punctured host pupae. According to the results mentioned above, it implied that the inhibition of hemocyte immune in parasitized host pupae of the small white butterfly was mainly caused by immunosuppression factors from female adults of Pteromalus puparum.
