摘    要:打结器是方草捆打捆机的关键部件,设计的难度在于5个轴孔之间的角度测量,这是因为5个轴孔既不平行也不相交,用常规方法难以进行测量.本文用一种改进的参数化方法建立圆柱面的几何距离函数.然后用非线性最小二乘法在Imagewarel2中拟合圆柱二次曲面.把拟合好的圆柱面导入到UGNX3,进行三面空间角度的表达.

Abstract:Knotter is the key part of square baler, and the design difficulty is the angle measurement between 5 shaft hole, that is because five shaft holes is non-paralleling, also non-crossing, the conventional methods is difficult to be used to measure the space angles. An improved parameterization definition is used to construct geometric distance functions of cylinder; secondly the nonlinear least squares solution is used to fit the cylinder in Imageware12. The fitted cylinders are introduced into UGNX3 to express the space angles in three-face projection way.
