| 摘 要： | 21世纪,在经济全球化与世界城市化的时代背景下,城市文化品牌建设被提升到城市文化软实力的战略高度,成为推动城市发展的主要力量与核心机制。从科学发展观和文化软实力的视角,探索了保定城市文化品牌建设的实施策略和路径,提出打造＂直隶首府＂、＂燕赵文化之都＂历史文化名城等六大文化品牌。保定城市文化品牌建设代表了河北城市向更高的层次跨越式的、全面和谐可持续发展的需要和方向,对河北地区的经济社会发展具有重要的转型和引领作用。

| Abstract: | In the 21Century,under the background of the economic globalization and urbanization of the world,urban cultural brand building is promoted to a high position of representing the soft power of the city.It has become the very important power to promote the development of the city.Based on the scientific outlook on development and cultural soft-power view,this article explores the implementation of the strategy and how Baoding city can build its culture brand,puts forward the task of making ＂Capital of Zhi-li＂,＂Capital of Yan-zhao Culture＂ etc,all together six cultural brands.The building of Baoding cultural brand represents the need and direction of much higher and sustained development of Hebei cities under a comprehensive harmony.And it plays an important role in leading the economic and social development of Hebei cities. |
