| 摘 要： | 用琼脂滴稀释法,对4株柔嫩艾美耳球虫进行单卵囊分离,每株各感染5日龄罗曼公雏5只,结果感染成功率分别为60%,40%,20%,20%,总的成功率为35%,能基本满足后续试验的需要。

| Abstract: | 4 strains of E.tenella were isolated with single oocyst technique and agar-drop method.5 Lohmann-cocks with 5 day-age were inoculated with the oocyst.The infected rate was 60 %,40 %,20 % and 20 % and final rate was 35 % in total. |
