| 摘 要： | 本文对8例腰椎间盘突出症手术失败的原因作了分析。其中有定位错误,漏诊双椎间盘突出,术后并发严重神经根、硬膜周围粘连、其他间隙再突出,合并侧隐窝狭窄未作处理,椎间盘残留,侧隐窝扩大不够导致神经根松解不彻底等。再次手术效果良好。针对失败原因本文提出一些预防措施,以便进一步提高手术疗效。

| Abstract: | 272 patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral dise had their surgical operation from 1975 to 1990. There were 8 cases requiring reoperation because of persistent or recurrent symptoms resulling from technical errors or inadequate procedure in prior surgery. Those included inaccurate localization,missing one of the double level prolapses overlooking compression oi nerve noot,due to severe adhesion, incomplete removal of the degenerated nucleus pulposus,and inadequate enlargement the laleral recess followed insufficient neurolysis.
After reoperation,8 patients recovered uneventfully and their complaints were satisfactorily relieved. The authors have pointed out some technical skills in order to keep the surgery from failing. |
