摘    要:为探明谷子杂交种与常规种干物质积累及分配等的特点,并为谷子杂交种选育及利用提供理论参考,笔者于2015 年在山西省农科院谷子研究所试验田中对5 个杂交谷子试验种和5 个常规谷子试验种的各器官干物质量特征进行了研究。采用随机区组设计,在谷子不同生长时期分别取样测量各器官干物质重量进行特征比较。结果显示谷子杂交种和常规种不同时期的干物质累积比例及含水率趋势基本相同,且干物质含量随生育期延长呈增加态势;各品种谷子在黄熟期干物质分配比例中,叶鞘的比重都较大;杂交种和常规种的干物质积累的速率呈“慢-快-慢”的模式,两者干物质积累的速率高峰期均在齐穗期;杂交种相对于常规种在经济产量上具有一定的优势。结果说明谷子杂交种和常规种各器官干物质累积特征及含水率基本相同,但杂交优势在谷子中也是存在的,但总体表现不明显。

Abstract:To analyze the characteristics of dry matter accumulation and distribution between hybrid millet varieties and conventional millet varieties and provide theoretical basis for millet hybrid breeding and utilization, in 2015, the authors studied the characteristics of dry matter in different millet organs of 5 hybrid test millet varieties and 5 conventional test millet varieties in experimental plot of Millet Research Institute of Shanxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences. The randomized block design was adopted in the test. The weights of dry matter in different organs during different growth stages of millet were measured, and the characteristics were compared. Results showed that trends of the ratio of dry matter accumulation and moisture content of hybrid millet and conventional millet were basically the same in different periods, and dry matter content increased as the extension of the growth. The ratio of sheath was high in yellow ripening stage. The rate of dry matter accumulation of hybrid and conventional millet varieties showed a "slow-fast-slow" model, by which hybrid varieties had certain advantages over conventional varieties in economic output. The peak of all types of dry matter accumulation rate was in full heading stage. The results showed that the dry matter accumulation characteristics and moisture content rate of the hybrid and conventional varieties were the same, but hybrid vigor could be seen in millet but not obvious in terms of its overall performance.
