摘    要:发酵工程是制药工程专业的专业基础课程,为适应社会的需求,提高学生的综合素质,增强学生就业竞争能力,对发酵工程课程内容、教学方法和手段及实验教学进行了一些改革与探索.通过近3年的实践,取得了较好的教学效果.

Abstract:Fermentation engineering is a specialty fundamental of pharmaceutical engineering.To meet the needs of society,to raise students’ comprehensive quality and to enhance students’ capacity of competition ability,teaching reform was carried out over the teaching content,teaching methods and teaching means in the course of fermentation engineering and teaching experiment.Good teaching effect was acquired through practice in nearly 3 years.
