大白菜细胞质雄性不育系选育研究

摘    要:以从引进的多份大白菜材料中分离出的细胞质雄性不育材料KM7930为母本,分别以太原二青和晋菜3号的4个亲本为回交父本,连续回交6代,并成功地转育到大白菜太原二青和晋菜3号上,获得的不育系不育性稳定,雌蕊功能正常,蜜腺发育良好,植物学性状优良,结子性好。试配组合2对,分别以太原二青和晋菜3号为对照进行田间检测,结果整齐度及产量均高于对照。

Abstract:The cytoplasmic male sterile material KM7930 was bred from Chinese cabbage materials introduced and transfered to the Chinese cabbage Taiyuan Er Qing and Jineai 3, respectively. Four parents of Taiyuan Er Qing and Jincai 3 for backcross male parents, keeping on backcross six generations. They have stable fertility, normal pistils and honey cups, good botanical char acters. To formulate 4 new hybrid combinations with Taiyuan Er Qing and Jincai 3 as the control, the test was done in the field and the result showed the purity and production were better than the control.
