| 摘 要： | 利用一次注射法测定了日粮粗蛋白质分别为17.0%,18.5%及20.0%时肉鸡内源氨基酸损失量.结果表明,不同蛋白质水平下各种氨基酸内源损失量差异不显著(P＞0.05),但适中的粗蛋白质水平(18.5%)有降低内源氨基酸损失量的趋势.

| Abstract: | The method of SIIL (Single Intravenous Injection of 3H -Leucine)was used to determine the EAAL (Endogenous Amino Acid Losses) of broilers fed with diets in which the protein were 17.0%, 18.5% and 20.0%.The results showed there were no significant difference among the EAAL of the three treats(P>0.05),but a tendency decrease of the EAAL were found in the protein level of 18.5%. |
