| 摘 要： | 农业、农村、农民问题,实质就是解决农民收入问题。“农业问题的根本出路还要靠尖端技术,”“科学技术是第一生产力”。要从根本上解决三农问题,要以科学技术为先导,以推广和普及农业科技成果,提高农业劳动生产率,提高和促进农、林、牧、副、渔全面发展的综合的系统工程。根据图书馆近一年来服务实践,探讨了情报服务的新路子。

| Abstract: | The nature of the "agriculture,countryside and farmers" issue is to solve the low income of farmers'."The way out depends on the advanced technology","Science and technology is the most important productivity." To solve the problems mentioned above,we must popularize the fruits of agriculture,which are led by advanced science and technology,so as to improve the efficiency of agricultural work,enhance and boost the development of general systems engineering,including agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry,fishery and the corresponding enterprises.This paper has discussed the new ways for information service on the basis of the practice of about one year in our library. |
