| Abstract: | There exist problems such as the inefficiency,poor quality in land registering operation by hand in county and prefecture.According to the requirement of the users,this paper introduces a new land registering system for the department of land management in county and prefecture.The ideology of designing,procedures, functions and the characteristics of the new land registering system are also demonstrated. |
