| 摘 要： | 为了研究抗球虫中药饮水剂在使用过程中的安全性,对雏鸡进行了亚急性毒性试验研究。将120只14日龄蛋公雏随机分为3组,其中Ⅰ组为对照组,Ⅱ、Ⅲ组鸡分别按10、40 g/L饮用抗球虫中药饮水剂.连用30 d。结果表明,Ⅱ、Ⅲ组鸡的平均增重分别比Ⅰ组显著提高了9.79%和8.38%(P<0.05),料重比降低了15.42%和9.12%(P>0.05),血清总蛋白、白蛋白、尿酸、肌酐、直接胆红素和总胆红素的含量以及谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶的活性与Ⅰ组比较无显著差异(P>0.05),肝、肾、胸腺、法氏囊、脾脏等组织器官也无异常变化,但对胸腺、法氏囊、脾脏等免疫器官的发育有一定促进作用。

| Abstract: | In order to observe the applied reliability of the Chinese herbal medicine,sub-acute toxic trail in chickens was conducted.One hundred and twenty 14-day-old healthy chickens were randomly divided into 3 groups of 40 birds each.GroupⅠwas the control group.Chickens of groupⅡandⅢdrunk water with herbal medicine in 10 and 40 g/L level respectively for 30 days.The results showed that as compared with the control group(groupⅠ),the average weight gain of groupsⅡandⅢincreased by 9.79 % and 8.38 %(P<0.05),and the feed-weight ratio decreased by 15.42% and 9.12%(P>0.05),the concentrations of total protein(TP),albumin(ALB), uric acid(UA),creatinine(Cre),direct bilirubin(D.Bili),total bilirubin(T.Bili)and activities of GPT,GOT in serum were normal(P>0.05),and the liver,kidney,thymus,bursa and spleen were not found out exceptional pathology trauma,and the herbal medicine had effect on the development of thymus,bursa and spleen. |
