| 摘 要： | 运用因子分析法对我国农民的农业收入与非农业收入的影响因素进行了实证分析。结果表明,投入和结构性因子对农民农业收入的影响最大,非农化因子和社会保障因子对农民非农业收入的影响相当。在此基础上提出了建立健全财政支农资金稳定增长机制,加快制定《农产品价格法》,推动乡镇企业第二次创业,以及完善农村社会保障体系的政策建议。

| Abstract: | This paper empirically analyzed the factors of China’s agricultural income of famers and non-agricultural incme with factor analysis method.The results showed that investment support and structural factor had the greatest influence on agricultural income,and the non-agricultural factor and social security factor had an nearly equall impact on non-agricultural income.Based on the analysis,this paper put forward policy recommendations to establish the steady growth mechanism of financial support for agriculture,formulating the"agricultural prices act",promoting township enterprises to start a second undertaking,and improving the rural social security system. |
