| Abstract: | Summary This paper describes the phenotype for MDH-2 isozymes of leaf tissues of Triticum turgidum, T. aestivum and the nulli-tetrasomic lines of homoeologous group 1 of T. aestivum. The results obtained support the hypothesis that the MDH-2 isozymes are monomers coded by genes located in the 1A, 1B and 1D chromosomes. |
