七元瓜环对三环唑的分子识别及抑茵活性研究

摘    要:利用紫外吸收光谱法研究了七元瓜环与三环唑在水溶液中的分子识别作用,考察了温度对该作用体系的影响;并探讨了瓜环对三环唑抑制稻瘟病菌抑菌活性的影响。结果表明:七元瓜环与三环唑可形成1:1配合物;其稳定常数(K)为(9.23±0.05)×10^3L/mol,热力学参数为△G(-2.26×10^4J/mo1),△H0(-43.79J/mol),△S0(-72.78J/K·mol)。并且七元瓜环与三环唑形成的包结配合物对三环唑抑制稻瘟病菌活性具有增效作用,抑菌率提高16%。

Abstract:Interaction between cucurbit 7 ] uril and tricyclazole in aqueous solution were investigated by UV - Vis spectra. The effects of temperature on the stability and thermodynamic parameters of the system were further studied in the current work. The results showed that the inclusion complex formed between cucurbit 7] uril and tricyclazole, whose stability constant and thermodynamic parameters were (9.23 ± 0. 05 ) ×10^3 L/mol, △G( -2.26 ×10^4 J/mol), △H0( -43.79 J/mol) and △S0( -72.78 J/K · mol). The complexation of tricyclazole with Q 7 ] improved the antimicrobial activity ( 16% ) of trieyclazole against Magnaporthe grisea in vivo.
