干旱胁迫与复水对3份新疆狗牙根新品系渗透调节物质的影响

摘    要:在水分胁迫及复水条件下,研究了干旱胁迫对3份新疆狗牙根品系叶片可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和脯氨酸含量的动态变化,并探讨了这些生理指标与其抗旱性的关系。结果表明,3份新疆狗牙根新品系叶片中的脯氨酸含量均成倍增长,可溶性糖含量呈现先增后减再增的趋势,可溶性蛋白含量先减后增,说明3份新疆狗牙根品系叶片中上述渗透调节物质代谢的水平和途径发生了一系列的适应性变化。

Abstract:This paper presents the infiltrate adjusting subjects (Proline,soluble protein and soluble sugar) of three Xinjiang Bermuda Grass new species and investigates the relationship of these physiological inde- xes with the drought resistance under the drought treatment condition. The results have shown that,due to the extension of drought treatment time, the content of Proline (Pro) has increased continually; the content of soluble sugar was increased initially,reduced at the mid-period of drought treatment and increased later again;the content of soluble protein was first reduced then increased. There was a series of adaptive changes in the level and channel of the infiltrate adjusting subjects.
