| 摘 要： | 头足类的乌贼、章鱼是我国重要的海洋经济动物,其中部分种类已成为富有潜力的水产养殖对象.目前头足类的人工养殖主要依赖于天然饵料,配合饲料的开发一直未取得重要突破.文章综述了头足类营养生理的研究进展,包括消化系统结构与功能、对营养物质(蛋白质、氨基酸、脂肪、脂肪酸、维生素和矿物质等)的需求,以及配合饲料的研究进展,旨在为养殖头足类配合饲料的开发应用提供一定的基础研究资料.

Research progress of nutritional physiology and feed development for cephalopods |

| Abstract: | Cephalopods such as squid and octopus are important economic marine animals in China, some of them have become potential aquaculture species. Currently, cephalopods culture mainly depends on the natural food, the commercial formulated feed has not been developed. In this paper, the advances in nutritional physiology of cephalopods are presented, including structures and functions of the digestive system, requirements of nutrients such as protein, amino acid, lipid, fatty acid, vitamin and mineral, and formulated feed, which will provide basic research data for formulated feed development and application for cultured cephalopods. |
