氮素营养对芥蓝生长和品质的影响

摘    要:利用营养液培养研究不同施氮水平对芥蓝生长和菜薹品质的影响。结果表明:在一定施氮范围内,芥蓝单株经济产量和生物产量都随着施氮量的增加不断提高,当施氮水平达到1*N以上时,施氮量的增加对芥蓝产量无明显影响。高氮水平会导致Vc、糖等营养成分含量下降,品质变差。芥蓝体内硝酸盐含量随着施氮量的增加而不断提高,当施氮水平超过1*N以上,硝酸盐大量积累,且芥蓝薹叶硝酸盐积累量明显高于薹茎。

Abstract:The effects of nitrogen on the growth and quality of Chinese Kale(Brassica alboglabra Bailley) by solution culture in 5 treatments (0.25*N, 0.5*N, 1*N, 1.5*N, 2*N). In proper range of nitrogen level, the yield and biomass of Chinese Kale increased with the increasing of nitrogen level, but when nitrogen level exceed 1*N, the yield was not affected significantly with the increasing of nitrogen level. However, the contents of vitamin C and sugars in flower stalk, and the quality of flower stalk decreased at high nitrogen level. The content of nitrate in flower stalk increased with the increase of nitrogen level, while nitrogen exceed 1*N, nitrate was accumulated significantly, and the nitrate accumulation in leaf on flower stalk was significantly higher than that in stalk.
