小麦幼穗分化与产量性状间的关系及遗传研究

摘    要:采用完全双列杂交法,研究了6个不同生态类型小麦品种幼穗品种幼穗分化特点及幼穗分化与产量构成因素的关系,并进行了遗传分析。结果表明:小麦不同生态类型间幼穗分化存在明显差异;各主要分化期对小麦产量构成因素及最终产量影响显著;提高小麦产量主要是通过协调幼穗各分化时期的长短来协调好穗,粒、重及其它性状的关系。

Abstract:Six different ecotype varieties of common wheat and complete diallel crossing system were selected for the research on the characteristics of young spike differentiation,relationships between spike differentiation and yield components,and for the analysis of inheritance.The results showed that:In the progress of young spike differentiation,there existed some remarkable difference among different ecotype varieties of wheat.Key spike differentiation phases have great effect on the yield components and the yield.The main way to raise the yield of wheat is to coordinate the relationship of spike characteristics and yield characteristics through regulating the length of spike differentiation periods.
