纤维素酶酶解麦草条件试验

摘    要:以麦草纤维为基质,筛选高活性纤维素酶菌株,并进行酶解条件试验.结果表明:绿色木霉511和黑曲霉F27具有较高腐解麦草的能力,其酶活分别为6106μg/g·min、4414μg/g·min,酶解麦草的最适条件为PH5.5~6.0.42C、4d.
