| 摘 要： | 以番茄品种‘嘉宝’为试材,研究了20%次氯酸钠和0.1%升汞处理不同时间对番茄种子表面消毒和萌发的影响,同时研究不同的激素组合对再生芽形成和生根的影响。结果表明:用20%次氯酸钠对番茄种子进行消毒15 min,可获得较多的无菌苗;IAA浓度为0.2 mg/L和6-BA浓度为2 mg/L组合时,外植体再生芽频率较高为86.3%,促进不定芽生根最佳激素浓度为MS培养基中添加IAA 0.2 mg/L;再生苗移栽到灭菌处理后土壤中成活率较高,可达90%。
