超临界CO2萃取人参脂溶性成分的GC-MS分析

摘    要:目的 用超临界CO2萃取人参脂溶性成分,分析并测定提取物的主要成分和含量.方法 用超临界CO2萃取人参脂溶性成分.提取物用气相色谱质谱(GC-MS)联用法进行分析鉴定.使用面积归一法测定各成分相对含量.结果鉴定了44个化合物,主要为脂肪酸和酯(34)、挥发油.结论用超临界萃取人参,可以较好的获得其脂溶性成分.

Supercritical fluid CO2 extraction of lipophilic fraction from Panax ginseng and its GC-MS analysis

Abstract:Objective To extract lipophilic fraction of Panax ginseng by supercritical fluid CO2 extraction(SFE) and analyze its chemical constituents.Methods The SFE technology was chosen.The chemical constituents of SFE were separated and identified by gas chromatography mass spectrometry(GC-MS),and their relative contents were determinded by normalizalion method of area.Result 44 compounds have been identified,the major constituents are fatty acid and ester(34) 、 volatile oil in SFE.Conclusion] The SFE technology used for extracting lipophilic fraction from Panax ginseng is better than the conventional solvent extraction.
