摘 要: | 研究了以0.1%NaHCO350%EtOH作为溶剂,采用超声波辅助提取,以甘草苷的提取率为评价指标,利用正交实验,筛选最佳工艺条件。结果表明,最佳甘草苷提取条件为:料液比为1:10,超声温度为90℃,超声时间90min。通过此工艺,甘草苷纯品提取率可达1.16%。

Abstract: | The extraction of liquiritin from licorice by ultrasonic wave were studied using the ultrasonic test.The optimum extracting conditions of liquiritin were as follows: the ratio of solid-liquid was 1:10,the extracting temperature was 90℃,the extracting time was 90 minutes.By using it,the pure extraction rate of liquiritin is up to 1.16%. |
