| 摘 要： | 用外周血淋巴细胞培养方法研究了成都麻羊(Capra hircus)染色体的形态和数目,并进行G—带,C—带显带分析。结果是,正常麻羊染色体数目2n=60,29对常染色体皆为具近端着丝点染色体;公羊性染色体为XY,母羊为XX,其中Y染色体是染色体组中最小的,唯一具中间着丝点的染色体,X染色体是第三长的染色体。显带分析表明,每两条同源染色体具有相同的特定G—带带型,可与其它对染色体相区别,常染色体的着丝点区域G—带为浅染,性染色体则为深染。常染色的C—带位于端着丝点区域,X染色体则没有明显的C—带区。本文还对山羊,绵羊染色体组型进化的关系进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | Chromosomes of Cheng du Ma goat (Capra hircus) were prepared from peripheral blood lymphocytes. Karyotpes and G-and C-banding patterns of the goat were studied. The number of diploid chromsomes was 60. Males had 1 minute biarmed Y chromosome and 59 acrocentric chromosome, whereas females had 60 acrocentrics. The Y was the smallest and the only metacentric among the goat complement. The X was probably the third longest in the hapoloid set. G-banding characteristics, coupled with chromosome length, enabled all of the chromosomes in each of the chromosome complement to be clearly distinguished. The centromeric heterochromatin in the autosomes of the goat was found to show little or no G-staining, in contrast to the sex chromosomes. The autosomal C-bands of the goat were exclusively centromerically located and the X chromosome differed from the acrocentric autosomes in containing little, if any, centromeric heterochromatin. Finally, relation to karyotype evolution in caprids(sheep and goat)is discussed. |
