稻籽粒直链淀粉积累与剑叶光合特性关系研究

摘    要:以高、中、低3个不同直链淀粉含量的水稻品种为供试材料,研究扬花后各时间段内其籽粒直链淀粉积累、淀粉合成酶活性以及剑叶光合参数的变化。结果表明:Logistic模型对供试品种籽粒直链淀粉积累过程有较好预测性;B2优768直链淀粉积累活跃天数要显著高于成糯397和宜香707,B2优768籽粒颗粒结合型淀粉合成酶(GBSS)活性维持较高值的时间相对较长;成糯397直链淀粉积累速率变化与扬花后剑叶蒸腾速率变化呈极显著正相关,宜香707直链淀粉积累速率变化与扬花后剑叶净光合速率变化呈显著正相关;籽粒直链淀粉积累与剑叶光合参数变化并不完全同步,存在明显的品种特异性。

Abstract:The changes of amylose accumulation, enzyme activity in related and photosynthetic parameters of three rice varieties with high, medium and low amylose content after anthesis were investigated. The results showed that the Logistic model had a good predictive ability to the amylose accumulation in grain of testing varieties. The active days of amylose accumulation of B2You768 was significant higher than that of Chengnuo397 and Yixiang707, and GBSS activity of B2You768 could maintain high value for longer periods. The change of amylose accumulation rate of Chengnuo397 was very significant and positively correlated with transpiration rate of flag leaves after anthesis, while this change in Yixiang707 was significant and positively correlated with net photosynthetic rate. The accumulation of amylose in grain and the changes of photosynthetic parameters in flag leaves wer notcompletely in sync, and there was a significant variety specificity among them.
