| 摘 要： | 生长激素受体基因是重要的家畜生产性状候选基因，它的突变可能导致生长激素受体结构及功能的改变，从而影响到信号的转导以及生长激素的生理作用。介绍了牛生长激素受体基因的多态性及其与生产性能相关性的国内外研究进展。

| Abstract: | The growth hormone receptor(GHR)gene is an important candidate gene for production traits in domestic animals,and the mutation of GHR gene may result in the change of GHR structure,to influence the signal transduction and the biological effects of growth hormone.The research advances on polymorphism of GHR gene and its association with production traits in cattle was discussed. |
