土著微生物对解磷微生物解磷效果影响的研究

摘    要:从太谷县20个土壤样中分离筛选出14种解磷微生物,其中细菌11株,真菌3株。将其制成菌肥,进行室内油菜盆栽试验。试验中,油菜的生长介质设置灭菌土和未灭菌土两大处理;通过定期测定土壤中速效N,P,K的含量,分析其变化趋势。试验结果表明:土著微生物对施加解磷细菌的土壤N、P有一定的影响,对K的影响不显著,反映出土著微生物对解磷微生物的解磷效果有一定的影响。

Abstract:From the 20 soil samples collected in Taigu County,14 kinds of microorganisms solvable to the phosphorus,i.e.11 bacteria and 3fungi were isolated and screened.By making them as bacterium fertilizers,and using this fertilizer to rape plant in the lab.Soil was established in two main processings,one of processings with microorganisms,anther without.The content of the fast-acting N,P,K was regularly determined in the soil and change tendency was analyzed its.The result indicated that the indigenous microorganisms had the certain influence to N,P,the influence to K,howere,was not remarkable.
